WHAT’S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

$5 Flat rate shipping on all US orders. Orders over the $100 Ship free. We are currently not offering international shipping, domestic orders in the US only. 

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY ORDER?

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. Expect your items to arrive between 2-5 business days from your shipment date. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once you order has been processed.

 WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product please contact us within 5 days of your items arrival for a store credit. We are not responsible for Return shipping on items. Store Credit will be issued once we have received and accepted your item. Items must be unworn and in original selling condition. You will receive an email with all of your store credit information. Shipping is not included. FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR STORE CREDIT.

MY PACKAGE GOT LOST?

Electric Church is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking confirms the package as "delivered" at the address provided, then neither the carrier service nor Electric Church is liable. 

MIS-DELIVERY OR WRONG ADDRESS

Please notify us immediately if the wrong address was inputted during checkout, in order to make sure its correct before processing. If the item is already shipped then we are not liable for the lost or delivered packages. We recommend immediately calling USPS or UPS to change the delivery address. We will not re-ship, replace, or refund orders if lost for wrong addresses. All returned "Invalid Address" packages will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
